This book is written at the right computer technical and legal level. Those that know more about the Internet (and there are not that many) will know from his writing what it is that the author is referring to. Others will learn something. Lawyers are better educated in the law and there is no new Internet law. But putting knolwedge of the law into an Internet context is a valuable service provided by the author. Up to date in 1997 the principles set out in this book will last a few years and will be an invaluable source of reference.
