As far as the United Kingdom is concerned the authors have only covered the England and Wales jurisdiction mainly because they have concentrated too much on basic contract laws. The reader need not be too concerned. Contract law in Scotland is not that different and as far as Information Technology Law is concerned the difference is barely discernable.
