A useful book to keep handy for pinouts and the like. Where the book goes on to become something of a textbook it falls short, doubtless on account of the pocket book format. The publishers' claim on the book cover, "New topics have been introduced - data compression, the Internet and World Wide Web, Hypertext mark-up Language ...." does not appear to have been met. We could find no reference to the Internet and World Wide Web and the only reference we found to Hypertext Mark-up Language was the HTML in the list of abbreviations.
