This book is a conversion course from the business entity model to the business object model. the author is taking on the challenge of what we call a "mind shift". He would call it re-engineering of the mind but that is not the sense in which it is used in the title of the book. As an old systems man we follow the maxim "there is always a better way". As your reviewer never really understood the old entity model he is unable to follow the author's road to the new object model. What we would seek and believe the world needs is a book on the object model, from cold, and without the jargon. This book does not do that.
