FrontPage is a tool for converting a website "under construction" to a site on the world wide web viewable with a browser. The websites produced are all described with adjectival quality. In computer terms FrontPage is a high level HTML editor. The site designer does not have to count pixels or even remember all the tags to produce good looking screens. There is also plenty of advice on how to design sites that people keep coming back to.
