We found the most interesting part of this book the explanations of all the internet protocols. In a nutshell, Internet Programming is handling the protocols. A bound-in CD-ROM gives: sample programs; the text of all the RFCs (or internet standards, if you wish) as at March 1996 and the author singing three songs (he could not resist). As it happens we were looking for an explanation of the internet protocols so we view this book with great favour.
